We love all of our clients at Honey + Glow Studio, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our studio. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time + time again. Take a quick read. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a 48 hour notice. If this notice is not given, you will be charged 50% of you service.
If you NO CALL/NO SHOW your appointment, Honey + Glow Studio reserves the right to charge your card on file 100% for your scheduled services.
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will be asked to reschedule and will be subject to paying the cancellation fee.
In the event that you are unhappy with the results of your service, we will be happy to make small tweaks and adjustments within two weeks or less of your original appointment time.
We do not offer refunds for services.
